Choose your primary sleep position
Do you sleep on your stomach, back, side…or a combination? Each position requires a different level of support for proper neck and spine alignment.
Identify your shoulder width – narrow, medium or broad
Measure from the side of your neck to your shoulder bone…broader shoulders require more support for side and back sleepers. Approximate values: Narrow = up to 4”, Medium = 4” to 6”, Broad = over 6”.
Consider the style of your previous favorite pillows
If you love to fold a soft pillow, or if you prefer a loftier, more supportive pillow…these preferences are important to your overall pillow choice.
Note: Combination sleepers may have the most success with a Medium fill pillow.
